From the flame head to the packed carton, every FREEPOWER candle is assembled, tested and packed under one roof. You are welcome to visit or book a live video walk-through of the line.
Four steps from flame head to carton

The flame head is built first
LED flame heads are soldered onto PCB strips and fitted with their flame tips by hand. Every head then goes on one of our four LED head testers for brightness and flicker before it reaches the line.

Assembled on our own lines
Shells, flame heads, batteries and charging contacts come together at the assembly stations. Patrol inspectors check flame, remote and timer function while the line is running.

Every set is switched on
Finished candles are checked set by set at the station: flicker mode, remote pairing, timer and, on rechargeable sets, charging on the base.

Packed, inspected and ready to ship
After 100% outgoing inspection the sets are packed in colour boxes or your printed box, cartoned and stored until shipment from Shenzhen.

Test reports for your market
We hold CE and RoHS test reports and certificates from Chinese testing labs, plus UN38.3 and MSDS for the batteries. Requirements differ by market and product, so tell us your destination market and the model and we send the documents that cover it.
