Are you a factory?
Yes, with our own factory. Shenzhen Powertech Electronic Co., Ltd. manufactures LED candles in Longgang, Shenzhen, established 2017, business licence (USCC) 91440300MA5EK2P45C.
What is your MOQ?
100 sets per model; a custom printed box from 1,000 sets.
Do you offer free samples?
One free sample of a standard model for evaluation; the buyer covers the courier cost. Samples with new artwork or a new structure are quoted per project.
What is the lead time?
10–18 days from deposit (15–25 days in peak season) for production.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union.
Which trade terms?
FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, FCA, from Shenzhen.
Can you print our logo?
Yes, by screen printing, laser marking or sticker labels, plus printed packaging.
Do you have CE, RoHS, UN38.3 and MSDS documents?
Yes: we hold CE and RoHS test reports and certificates from Chinese testing labs, plus UN38.3 and MSDS for the batteries. Tell us the model and destination market and we send the matching documents.
How do you control quality?
Incoming material inspection → PCB board testing → LED flame head testing → In-process patrol inspection → 100% outgoing inspection. Third-party inspection welcome.
Do you provide product photos?
Yes, product photos and video for your listings.
How fast do you reply?
We quote within 24 hours.
How long do rechargeable LED tea lights run on one charge?
It depends on the model. Runtime per charge is listed on each product page where the factory has measured it; on the 12-pack charging-station sets the product notes state 30–40 hours, which covers several dinner services between charges.
Can I mix rechargeable and battery tea lights in one order?
Yes. Many venues keep a rechargeable set for daily tables and a battery set for outdoor or one-night events. Tell us both quantities in one enquiry and we quote them together.
How does a dusk-to-dawn window candle work?
A small light sensor in the base reads the ambient light. When it gets dark the candle switches on, and when daylight returns it switches off, so the candle runs only at night without a timer.
Will the sensor work behind curtains or in a lit room?
The sensor needs to see the change in daylight. If the window has heavy curtains or the room is lit all evening, choose a remote-and-timer window candle instead.
Are LED tree candles safe on a real Christmas tree?
They have no open flame, which removes the main risk of traditional tree candles. As with any battery product, follow the instructions, use the correct batteries and switch the set off when you leave the house.
Does one remote control all the candles?
Yes. Each set is paired with an infrared remote that switches all candles in the set at once. Infrared needs a line of sight, so point the remote at the tree.
Will your LED taper candles fit my candlesticks?
Most of our tapers have a standard base that fits common candlesticks. Each product page lists the base and body size where the factory has published it; for a different holder, send us its inner diameter.
Rechargeable or battery tapers - which should I order?
If the candles are lit most nights (restaurants, hotels, churches), rechargeable tapers with a charging base avoid battery changes. For a single wedding or a retail gift pack, battery tapers keep the unit price lower.
What are the pillar candles made of?
The shells are plastic with a candle-like finish around an LED flame module. We do not make paraffin-wax candles.
Can pillar candles be used outdoors?
Choose the models marked waterproof (for example IP44 or IP65 where stated). Standard indoor pillars are not designed for rain.
How do water-activated floating candles switch on?
Two contacts on the base close a circuit when they touch water, so the candle lights as soon as it floats and switches off when you take it out and dry it.
Do solar tea lights work in winter?
They need daylight on the panel to charge. Short, dark winter days mean shorter evening runtime, so for winter terraces choose rechargeable or battery outdoor candles.
